Ordering

To place your order here simply provide us with the following information: -

 

1. Design name or number ( e.g. CM231 )

 

2. Items and quantities ( e.g. 70 day invitations, 60 evening invitations)

 

3. Wording required ( e.g. Day invitation 2, or your own wording)

 

4. Typeface ( e.g. Typeface A )

 

5. Delivery address and telephone and email contact

 

6. We will then check and confirm your order by telephone or email. Once confirmed we will contact you for payment details. The stationery will then be printed and dispatched to you.

 

7. Changes to Website

Abbey Print reserves the right to:

( A ) Change or remove, prices, the website or any part of it without notice and that you confirm that Abbey Print shall not be liable to you for any  such change or removal.

and

( B ) Change these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such change.

Quantities

The stationery is supplied in multiples of 10 with a minimum quantity of 20. Ink colours come in a variety of colours.

Read this information to help you decide on the number of cards that you need and when to send them out.

Ink colour

Designs from Wedding Bells, Perfect Day, Confetti, Let’s Celebrate, & Something New, have grey ink as the standard colour. There is no extra charge for coloured ink with these designs, unless gold or silver are chosen, at a cost of £12.75 per design.

 

Designs from Matchmates, White Lace, Eternal and Romantique have black ink as the standard colour. There is an extra charge of £12.75 for any other coloured ink.

 

Wordings and typestyles
If the design is from White Lace, Romantique, Eternal or Matchmates, then choose the typestyles from wordings and typefaces for Collisons.

If the design is from Wedding Bells, Perfect Day, Something New, Let’s Celebrate, Confetti, Xpressions or Love Is, then choose the typestyles from CCA typefaces and wordings. You can choose the wordings shown or use your own.

Payment

Payment is by either: -

(1) By Google Checkout. Once the price of the order is confirmed you will be sent an email which will enable you to pay  using a secure transaction through Google Checkout.  

or

(2) By Cheque, made  payable to Abbey Print, to Abbey Print,  11, Heol-y-Gwrgan, Margam, Port Talbot, Glamorgan, SA13 2DG.

 

Sending your Order

Using a word processing programme i.e. ‘Word’ type out your order, design, quantity, typestyle, ink colour and price and email to sales@abbey-print.com

 

Or print out your order and post (with cheque, if that is the payment method chosen) to:

Envelopes

Envelopes are provided with all day and evening invitations at no additional cost. Reply cards include envelopes printed with the return address on the front at no additional charge.

 

Proofs

A free proof will be supplied, however there may be a charge for further proofs after amendments.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary seasonally, the first five months of the year having the longest delivery times. On average it takes 10 to 15 working days from when you place the order.

 

There is an Express service for urgent orders at an additional charge of £42.50.
